The centrally-heated accommodation comprises:

On the ground floor the entrance hall leads into the open lounge and dining room equipped with a colour television, DVD and video player. We provide a selection of videos, DVDs, books and games for you to enjoy along with information on the city of York and recommended restaurants should you wish to dine out.

The dining room leads into the kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, along with a large fridge freezer and oven.

At the rear of the kitchen a door leads through to a study/playroom with an extra single bed for occasional overnight guests during your stay and a small cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.

Upstairs there is a large bathroom with a bath and stunning separate walk-in shower fitted in early 2006 and two bedrooms. The rear bedroom has a double bed and the front bedroom has two single beds.

We can provide a travel cot and high chair on request.

To the rear of the house is a small seating area ideal for eating al fresco or just relaxing.
